These are the terms that apply to using this website and booking a car window tinting service with Tinted Kettering. Please read them before booking with us.
Website use
This website provides information about our tinting services and lets you request a quote. Content is provided in good faith to help you make a decision; we may update pages, prices, or examples of our work at any time.
Quotes & pricing
Every car is different, so we quote each job individually. A quote given by phone, WhatsApp or via the website form is an estimate based on the information you've shared. The final price is confirmed once we've seen your vehicle.
Bookings & cancellations
Booking slots are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please give us as much notice as possible — a quick phone call or WhatsApp message is fine. Persistent last-minute cancellations may affect our ability to hold future slots.
3-year workmanship guarantee
Our workmanship guarantee covers installation faults for three years from the date of your appointment. It does not cover damage caused by accidents, modifications by others, harsh cleaning products, or normal wear and tear. To make a claim, contact us with your original booking details.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under UK consumer law. We take reasonable care while your vehicle is with us; any concerns should be raised at collection so we can put them right.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.
